Functional wellness massage is a mixture of orthopedic/clinical, myofascial, and neuromuscular massage techniques. This is an ideal approach for correcting chronic muscular tension and limitations in range of motion or function due to postural imbalances, repetitive motion stress, old injuries, or surgeries. It can also help with chronic pain. Excellent for dealing with things like false sciatica pain, plantar fasciitis, nerve compressions in the arms and hands caused by muscular impingements, or just good old text neck and desk worker shoulders. Two hours gives us time to do very detailed work in your problem areas or less detailed work spread out over most of the body.
