Service Description

Functional wellness massage is a mixture of orthopedic/clinical, myofascial, and neuromuscular massage techniques. This is an ideal approach for correcting chronic muscular tension and limitations in range of motion or function due to postural imbalances, repetitive motion stress, old injuries, or surgeries. It can also help with chronic pain. Excellent for dealing with things like false sciatica pain, plantar fasciitis, nerve compressions in the arms and hands caused by muscular impingements, or just good old text neck and desk worker shoulders. An hour and a half is generally enough to do the knees to the neck, enabling us to rebalance both major nexus points of the body, the shoulder and hip girdles.
