90 Minute Hybrid: Bliss Edition

Service Description

Can't decide between a traditional spa massage and a more advanced therapy? In this 90 minute session, we can do both! Mix a traditional "full-ish body" Swedish massage with Craniosacral work on the scalp and face for the ultimate relaxation experience. Craniosacral work helps to tamp down the "fight or flight" response of your nervous system and instead stimulate the "rest and digest" response, helping you to feel less stressed and reducing the effects of burnout. And, as always, I use Myofascial on the neck for that little bit of extra gentle release.
