90 Minute Hybrid: Therapeutic Edition

Can't decide between a traditional spa massage and a more advanced therapy? In this 90 minute session, we can do both! Mix a traditional "full-ish" Swedish or Deep Tissue massage with a half hour of targeted Myofascial work for a little bit of intense therapy mixed with relaxation. A half hour is generally enough to do one region, usually the shoulder girdle or the hips/low back. That's followed by the traditional hour Swedish or Deep Tissue session, and capped with a little Myofascial work on the neck for that extra bit of release.
